For this workout, you’ll perform 7 exercises in circuit fashion. Perform 10 reps of each exercise taking as little rest between exercises as possible until all 7 exercises are complete. Once you have completed all 7 exercises, take 2 minutes to catch your breath, then repeat 3 more times for total of 4 rounds.
Your goal is to complete the entire workout in under 60 minutes!
